1SETTING TIME & DATE ON TELEPHONE SYSTEMS



NEC DSX TELEPHONE SYSTEM

To set the time and date for your DSX or DS-Series System:

  1. From extension 300 (some DSX systems maybe 301), dial #TD (#83).
    Do this without lifting the handset or pressing any other keys first.
  2. Enter the time in 24-hour clock using hours (2 digits), minutes (2 digits) and seconds (2 digits).
  3. Press HOLD.
  4. Enter the date using month (2 digits), day (2 digits), and year (4 digits).
  5. Press HOLD, then SPEAKER (SPK on DS-Series) to exit.

NEC SL1100 and SL2100 TELEPHONE SYSTEMS

To set the time and date:
    1. Press 'MENU' softkey then dial 00
    2. Press the 'SELECT' softkey
    3. Press 'SELECT' again to set time
    4. Enter the time in 24 hr clock then press save
     5. Press 'NEXT' then 'SELECT' to program date
     6. Enter the date then save
   

NORSTAR TELEPHONE SYSTEMS

TIME AND DATE PROGRAM
(Newer Norstar Systems: Compact ICS series, Modular ICS Series)

1. Feature ** TIME (8463)
2. Enter the Password: ADMIN (23646)
3. Select "Change" and type in the Hour on your dial pad, then select "Next" on the display
4. Select "Change" and type in the Minute on your dial pad, then select "Next" on the display
6. Select "Change" and type in the Year on your dial pad, then select "Next" on the display
7. Select "Change" and type in the Month on your dial pad, then select "Next" on the display
8. Select "Change" and type in the Day on your dial pad, then select "Next" on the display
9. Press RLS button and your done.

Time and Date on older Norstars 308, 616, 824

1. Feature **ADMIN (23646)
2. Enter the Password: ADMIN (23646)
3. Hit the bottom right triangle until you see 3. Time and date
4. Hit the top right triangle and you should see time XX:XX (X represents current time)
5. Select "Change" and type in the Hour on your dial pad, then hit the bottom right triangle
6. Select "Change" and type in the Minute on your dial pad, then hit the bottom right triangle
7. The Current Date then appears.
8. Select "Change" and type in the Year on your dial pad, then hit the bottom right triangle
9. Select "Change" and type in the Month on your dial pad, then hit the bottom right triangle
10. Select "Change" and type in the Day on your dial pad, then hit the bottom right triangle
11. Press RLS button and your done.

AVAYA PARTNER SYSTEMS (Lucent or AT&T)

TIME
1. Press Feature 00
2. Press left intercom button 2 times.
3. Press # 103
4. Enter the time on the dial pad, then press Feature 00 again to complete.

DATE
1. Press Feature 00
2. Press left intercom button 2 times.
3. Press # 101
4. Enter the date on the dial pad, then press Feature 00 again to complete.

Vodavi Starplus STS

Operation

1. At ext 100 dial [692] on the dial pad. A confirmation tone sounds.

2. Enter date and time as follows: YYMMDDHHMM

When the correct number of digits are entered, a confirmation tone sounds.

3. Press the ON/OFF button to OFF to update the display.

DATE AND TIME

MMM DD YY HH:MM am

YY = Year (00-99) HH = Hour (00-23)

MM = Month (01-12) MM = Minute (00-59)

DD = Day (01-31)

Vertical SBX IP 320

1. At ext 100 press TRANS/PGM button

2. Dial 041

3. Enter date: (MMDDYY) , then press HOLD

4. Enter time: (HHMM) , then press HOLD

KS Telecom Atlas 32e Time and Date

  1. Press PROG key
  2. Dial 9
  3. Enter Date (YYMMDD)
  4. Enter Time (HHMM)
  5. Enter Day of Week
(1= Mon, 2 = Tues….& = Sun )

6. Press HOLD key
